There are a number of Helsinki Lounge options within the Helsinki Airport, these including two Finnair lounges, one for transfers between Schengen countries and the other for non-Schengen transfers. Access for both is available to Finnair Plus Platinum, Gold & Silver members and business class passengers with the Finnair AY code on their ticket and boarding pass. A valid ticket and boarding pass or Finnair Plus membership card must be shown to gain entry to either lounge. Additionally, each member may take children under the age of 18 and/or one guest, travelling on any OneWorld flight into the lounge.
The lounges are primarily places to rest and work in peace and quiet, away from the general airport hustle. Facilities include newspapers and magazines (mainly Finnish, some English), beverages and snacks, power outlets for electrical devices and communication connections.
In addition to the Finnair Lounges there are also other lounges including the ‘Aspire Lounge by Swissport’ and ‘Plaza Premium’ Lounge which can be used on other airlines, for an entry fee or with a ‘Priority Pass’ membership.

General Impression
A large, spacious and bright lounge thanks to the double height floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the airfield. Classic Scandinavian décor in warm, subtle colours. Comfortable high backed sofas and a lounge area with recliners are perfect for a quick nap.
Food & Beverages
Buffet is good quality with a reasonable variety. Soft drinks, wine, spirits and beer are available. Excellent beer on tap (self service).
Showers
Showers available. Modern & clean with free amenities. Book in on arrival in case of queues.
Entertainment and Business Facilities
Lightning fast free Wi-Fi, taking just one click to activate and plenty of wireless recharging stations throughout. Business cubicles with MacBook’s, a laptop bar with power points.

Plaza Premium Lounge – Non-Schengen Area
The Plaza Premium Lounge is perfect for travellers heading to other places out of Europe. The lounge is designed to make your travel more efficient and relaxing and is open to all travellers. The Plaza Premium Lounge features comfortable seating, a live kitchen, bar, shower facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, computer workstation and a kid zone for family travellers to relax and unwind. GoSleep sleeping pods are also offered and can be reserved in advance.
Located in terminal 2 in the non-Schengen area, near gate 40 [between the gates and passport control], open daily 10am-7pm. Single visit price 48 euros (AUD$70) per person with maximum visit time of three hours.
Aspire Lounge – Schengen Area
The ASPIRE Lounge is primarily a business lounge with facilities for relaxing and working before departure. Facilities include complimentary beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, flight info screens, hot food, snacks and treats and shower facilities are also available for an additional 10 euros (AUD$15). Great views of the runway while you relax in the very comfy and unique ‘hanging bubble’ chairs.
Accessible free of charge to Servisair, Aspire by Servisair, Priority Pass and Airport Angel card holders. Accessible to all other travellers regardless of airline or travel class for 45 euros (~AUD$68) for 3 hours.
