The cabin layout typically features wider seats arranged in a 2-4-2 configuration on wide-body aircraft. Economy Skycouch™ is a unique feature available on certain Air New Zealand aircraft, such as the Boeing 777-300ER. It allows passengers to transform a row of Economy seats into a flexible space for lounging or sleeping. This feature is particularly popular among families or couples travelling together providing them with a more relaxed comfortable experience during the flight.
Economy Stretch is available on select routes and offers passengers additional leg room, typically located in the front rows of the Economy cabin. Economy Class on Air New Zealand flights typically features a standard cabin layout with rows of seats arranged in a 3-4-3 configuration on a wide-body aircraft like the Boeing 777.
