British Airways Business Class Lounge Singapore Review

Before boarding our British Airways Club Suite flight from Singapore to Sydney, we first visited the British Airways Business Class lounge in Singapore Airport. Entry to the lounge is given to those travelling on a British Airways flight in Business or First Class, Silver or Gold members of the British Airways Executive Club or Emerald and Sapphire members of any of the oneworld airline frequent flyer programmes. 

As you enter the lounge it opens up to a long walkway past a variety of seating options including leather arm chairs, couches and high bar tables, all with floor to ceiling windows on the left over looking the inside of the terminal. All arm chairs and couches also had a small table nearby with a QR Code for ordering food and drinks to your seat and charging ports. 

The high tables down the walkway were designed for dining with softer light fittings hanging over head, however provided no option for charging devices. 

As the lounge had several different areas for seating, these were separated by glass dividers to enhance privacy. 

Additionally there was an area of armchairs with a TV screen playing the latest game. 

Food was self service and had a wide selection, including a make your own salad station with dressing, carrots, tomatoes, leafy greens and chickpeas. Cold food options included sliced and whole fruit, spicy mango mousse, Linzer tarte, chocolate cream eclair, turkey, ham and cheese croissant and a ham, cheese and tomato ciabatta. Hot options offered were roasted baby potatoes, vegetables, braised beef, Chinese stir fried vegetables, egg fried rice, kung pao chicken and vegetable or prawn spring rolls. 

Desserts included gluten free chocolate cake, a selection of cheese and assorted cracker, fruit, nuts and olives. 

There was a large selection of wine, beer, soft drink and coffees on offer, all with self service.

The British Airways Lounge in Singapore had plenty of options to relax, work or dine. With a fairly extensive range of food provided along with good privacy between seating sections, it was a comfortable place to relax while waiting for our next flight.
