By utilising this fare as a base for your main intercontinental travel, you can combine multiple destinations at a very low price whilst flying around the world.

Piece Together Your Preferred SWISS Economy Route:

Choose whether you want to head East or West from New Zealand and add destinations/stopovers in each continent. Asia can just be a transit if no stop is preferred. Basic round the world fares will include one stopover in each continent, which you can use to fly in to one place and out of another for a more flexible routing. You can also include an additional stopover in Zurich and another stop in North America at the gateway city, the use of more stopovers will increase pricing incrementally.

Included Stopovers:

Base pricing is for the cheapest combination of destinations/stops with a transit in Asia. This can be increased to stopovers in Asia, Zurich and another in the Americas, although additional costs will apply for extra stops. Pricing varies depending on the carriers used and airports involved due to varying taxes and fuel surcharges, inquire for pricing for your preferred trip and our experts will advise in detail.

Stopover Options: 

Asian stopovers:
Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai, Delhi, Manila, Tokyo, Phuket and Seoul. Flights between New Zealand and Asia are with Air New Zealand, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Thai Airways, Air China, Jetsar, Asiana or ANA. Additional carriers and stopovers may be added as more routes and timetables are released for travel.

African stopovers:
Johannesburg or Mauritius. Flights between New Zealand and Africa are with South African Airways and Air Mauritius.

European stopovers (via Zurich):

Travel may be in either direction. One stopover destination is included in North America. Flights between New Zealand and North America are with Qantas, United, Air Canada [Toronto only] and Air New Zealand.
